      This is desk looks nice however it is made of very cheap materials. In the office we called it a disposable desk. It took about 3 hours to assemble; more time than we ever expected it would take. It has a ton of parts. Overall, the desk looks nice and I like it (don't love it). It feels sturdy. I hope it lasts a long time. If you're on a budget, I would recommend you buy. If you have money to spend, invest in something that is made with quality materials and sturdier.

      The hardware is plastic...which is not the best nor what I was expecting.
      Over all, I would recommend the desk becuase it is an average desk for a pretty good price, but not suggest HayNeedle as if there is an issue they are not helpful nor knowledgeable.

      Service and delivery comments:

      I had a simple re-route issue that should have been solved with one phone call....instead it ended up with many phones calls, my desk being almost 2 weeks late, AND the service rep at HeyNeedle made me buy 2 desks!!

      We ordered the L-shaped desk and 2-drawer file cabinet. The items arrived promptly and well packaged, but several of the pieces had dings and chips on the edges. One piece had a small part broken off so we had to super-glue it. Nice price, but it should be thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. We won't return it because it is too bulky and heavy, but we probably won't buy from this site again.
