My original order was received damaged. Hayneedle sent me out a new unit right away without hassle so that was great. I had to add some rubber washers to get the desk to snug down properly. The screw alignment was just off enough to be a pain to get all four on without a bit of twisting. The keyboard tray would be better if it extended another inch or two. Not shop stopping problems but annoying.

Paid upcharge for FedEx Ground. Box was beat up badly in shipment and sure enough, the tempered glass top on the workstand was shattered. Let's see how Haystack Customer Service does to make this right. I needed to provide a couple of additional washers to get the glass return top to sit snugly because the build quality was poor.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
