It took 2 men, and myself to get this thing put together... both men quit before one came back after being so frustrated that the desk was so difficult to put together because the nothing lines up and it and it isn't made properly. After refitting most everything... and getting the right side and the left side put together... not great... but desperate as I was, it was acceptable. After all this frustration, and hours put in, the middle drawer does not line up and will not fit... at all. This product is defective and for that amount of money they should come out bring another one to me and put it together for me... I will never buy from this company again. I will never order online again... What a terrible experience!

Bottom line is now that it's assembled I love this piece! It is everything I had hoped for. However, assembly was hardly a piece of cake. Had I not previously put together other pieces with similar hardware, I would have found the instructions indecipherable. Even as it was, it took many hours and some trimming with a belt-sander to get the top surface to drop into place. If you're good with tools, buy it. If you're all thumbs and not good at problem-solving, give it a pass.

Received in 3 boxes, well marked and easy to identify contents. Fairly easy to assemble and I liked that final assembly could be done where the desk was going to be. The desk is heavy once assembled. Overall, this has been a great purchase and experience.

I was looking for a classic, solid wood desk that had ample writing space, and storage for files and computer equipment. This desk fit the bill perfectly! It was delivered within 3 days, was wrapped carefully and was easy to put together.

This desk is nicer in person than what it looks like in the picture. I looked for 2 months for a "wood" computer desk and the price was right on this one. It took me about 5 hours to put together, would have been 4 hours, but the large bottom drawer wasn't pre-drilled correclty so it took me some extra time to figure that out. Not a big deal, it looks perfect now. The 3 small drawer don't hold very much but that's okay. My computer tower doesn't fit in the door either, but I have a large gaming computer so I didn't expect it to anyways. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
