I absolutely found me a bargain! I use my writing desk in my guest bedroom/small office area. It matches the woodwork in the room perfectly, is compact, with a nice clean look. It looks so rich and beautiful with the red tones used in the room. The price was very economical when comparison shopping and yes, even a girl can put it together in minutes. I love my little gem and have received many compliments on it.

Desk arrived broken. Hinged piece that was secured by brads ONLY was broken off. I had to glue and screw it back on. Also drawer guides are a bit to wide so drawer wheels fall out if drawer is pushed to hard. Im going to add some bracing before I give the desk to my grandson. Lastly drawer knob screw did not pull the knob tight so I had to use a different screw. I would have sent the desk back but it is a birthday gift and there is no time to return it.

Just right and beautiful! Fits perfectly in my child's room and the color blends in well with the room decor. Great starter desk that will transition well from elementary school to college and room to room. My husband assembled the desk in approx. 10 minutes. I read the other reviews and planned in advance to use the drawer to store pads, etc. Great find!

We wanted a desk that would fit in our bedroom to use a laptop on. This is a perfect size. My only complaint is that the "drawer" is not a drawer at all, but a "keyboard tray". I really wanted a table with a drawer, but for the price, we decided to keep it. The desktop has a couple of flaws, but overall it is a nice table.

Q1: What are the dimensions of the pull out keyboard tray?
A: The dimension of pull out try is 25.5 x 15 inches, kindly note that this is the entire tray but it is not totally extended out where you can use the enter surface. The part of the tray where its exposed after pull out is about 7 inch depth measuring from the edge of the table top. It also has about a 1 inch lip so the keyboard will stay in place.
